The Research Of The Connection Technology Between Ethernet And LAN Based On The CAN Bus

Singlechip and MCU have been widely used in the industry and families. Now the most of the embedded systems have been running independently, others have been connected together. Even the networking, the most are connected only by the way of the matual connection of RS232/485 bus and PC. At the same time, Internet has been one of the most important basic establishments and the impotant communication channel. If the embedded system can be connected directly to the Internet, the more information can be carried to any where in the word, simply and cheaply.The direction of study is to use 89S52 singlechip to realize the connection between LAN based on CAN bus and Ethernet. There are two parts in study: Hardware design and Software design. The object of Hardware design is to design the Schematic Document based on the analysis of the Ethernet principle, RTL8019AS and SJA1000 and the characteristic of 89S52 singlechip. The C51 language is used to design Software based on the analysis of TCP/IP protocol. At the same time the process can be watched in the PC.
