Accompanying with the development of IT, The software become more complex. This create "software crisis". How to maintain the correctness and the stability of software is an important point of "software crisis". The development of "software engineering" promoted a way to solve "software crisis". The feature of "software engineering " is "to run software steady in an economy way by using engineering principle". It means that "software engineering" solving "software crisis" only by the means of engineering standardization. The development of AI exp the ANN and the CAS, promote a way to describe complex system, It make possible to scale and control a software system. This paper did such researches on the correctness and the stability of software.1. Arming at the correctness and the stability of software, this paper studied the method of distilling statistical information of run-time software, and deduced that the run-time information is effectively to describe the correctness and the stability of software.2. Arming at the run-time risk information of software, This paper studied the model of risk transmit, and based on this model designed a method to maintain the correctness and the stability of software.3. To avoid using the hypothesis of "the correctness and the stability of software are inverse ratio to the risk transmit ability", this paper designed a model of CAS to maintain the correctness and the stability of software.For the great difficult of modeling logic and arithmetic, Traditional software engineering technique maintain the correctness and the stability of software by the mean of engineering standardization. This paper expound a new method to solve this problem, it's based on the run-time information of software. Because of the absence of relative research paper, this paper's reference is some model and research result of control science, in this field some method of "feature statistical information" is wide used. I wish the research result of this paper could be used in software field.
