| Software Service has gained more and more emphasis from many companies. There are some differences between the software service and the traditional software development that make software service require both quality and development velocity.At first, starting from analyzing the characteristic of the software service, this thesis studies and analyzes CMM, Agile Process, Lean Manufacturing, and the people capacity development framework such as PSP. Then it analyzes whether these processes are suitable for software service or not. We put the emphasis on the critical issues which software service meets, such as, how to exert the positive of the people, how to suppress the negative of the people, how to apply reuse technology and how balance the plan-driven and the agile driven. Related solutions are put forward.Secondly, based on the research of process model and people model, a new Personal Agile Software Process (PASP) is proposed. Referred to the four levels of PSP, PASP studied the disciplinal fundamentals required by Agile methods and brought up the idea to be capable of adjusting by oneself, pursuing the progress as well as secure both the development quality and development velocity. PASP aims at the balance between the rigidity and the flexibility. PASP is also one framework supporting continuous improvement. The diathesis for the software engineer has been tailored for the agile process. Additionally, the critical practices for PASP are studied including the requirements analysis, design, test, plan and communication.At last, some practices are done under the guidance of PASP. |
