Our team's research on vehicle dynamic monitoring/dispatching experimental system is based on the layout research project of Shanghai ITS information center and Shanghai GPS technology of comprehensive application that our school has already accomplished, and is used for the further research on the correlative technologies about intelligent monitoring and dispatching. The total system is made up of monitoring/dispatching center, location subsystem and motion control subsystem of experimental car. This thesis is a part of the total system, which emphasizes the design and realization of the motion control subsystem of experimental car based on DSP.First of all, the thesis expatiates the research's background, objective and significance, introduces the domestic and overseas status quo and progress of ITS, and depicts the correlative theories in the vehicle dynamic monitoring/dispatching experimental system. Secondly, based on the introduction of motion controller's principle, the thesis confirms that the motion control system of experimental car takes TMS320LF2407A DSP as its kernel among kinds of projects, designs the total project of motion control system of experimental car and introduces correlative functions. Thirdly, the thesis analyzes and studies subsequently the hardware and software design and debugging of the motion control subsystem of experimental car.
