Intelligent control is getting a lot of attention in the area of electric drive system. But now,most of research just be carryed on in a way of simulation. As well known, the research of simulation is idealized, from the establishment of model and the influence of outside while system work. However, there are something shouldn't be ignored in real system. First ,the accuracy of model made based on real system.It's difficult to establish a accurate model of a complex system,sometime even be impossible. Second, there are a lot of inflence factors in working of real system. Some of them is unregular,the appear of some even can not be foresee.Based on a lot searching data,I analysed the situation of the intelligent control's application in modern electric drive system.And I apply this Intelligent control method in real system.First I set a real speed control of AC motor vector-control system with experiment system. And then do many experiments to research and analyse the application of intelligent control method. And improve these intelligent control algorithms to reach the desired result. To digital PID controller, I improve the modulus with the idea of gradual modulus. In fussy controller, I apply non-equality fuzzy partition method to get higher accuracy with less level of measure. At last I used neural network PID and neural unit PID control method in this system in order to get the self-adjust PID modulus.The result of experiment indicated, this intelligent control algorithms need be improved in applying real system.
