The Research And Design Of "E-Card In Travel" Accounting System Based On Business Rules

The traveling system is a complex and expensive system, integrated with eating, dwelling, traveling, shopping and amusement. The development of the " E-Card in Travel" system can make the consumers spend expenses through one card when traveling, and this can reduce the risk and inconvenience caused by traveling with cash. But the traveling industry is competing more intensely; the customers are demanding diverse services. All these require the service providers to provide new services to meet the need of the market. But in the tradition accounting system, the inner service logic is in close integration with the procedure code, so it is very difficult to meet this kind of change. Therefore, it is extremely urgent and important to design a new kind of "E-Card in Travel" system to meet the customer's demands and to provide the personalized accounting service for the consumer.This paper discusses the developing model in the information system based on business rules, analyzes the existent malpractice of the traditional accounting system according to the complex changeable characteristic of the "E-card in Travel" accounting system, and makes improvements to it, proposes a new kind of the "E-card in Travel" accounting system based on business rules. In addition, the overall system frame and the detailed design proposal of the application subsystem have been introduced, and part of its functions has been realized.The key of the system design is to build an accounting terminal in the consume industry terminal and a ARMD subsystem to detect abnormity and validity of rules making use of the idea of business rules management; the key point is to put forward a rule detection algorithm to detect the rules' abnormality and legitimacy on the base of analyzing the abnormality and legitimacy of rules in the accounting rules base; to establish the accounting standard business object model and the business object model of hotel, travel agency and scenic spot three big traveling profession; finally introduces the embedded method of the rule engine in the terminal application.
