The Design And Implementation Of General Prepaid Card Settlement Platform Based On Rule Engine

With the popularization of the use of prepaid cards, the settlement business of prepaid card is growing,and the external marketing strategies are often changed because of competition. Prepaid card settlement business is the core business of the card issuing company, many card issuers have to upgrade the settlement system and even re develop the business because of the change of the business volume and the change of marketing strategy,this will cause a lot of waste of resources and cost increases. The current settlement system does not have a generic platform, many of the same card issuers have separate systems, software reusability is poor.In view of the above background, there is an urgent need for a general prepaid card settlement platform to solve the problem of the common use of various card issuers and the constant change of the settlement business.In this paper, through the study of software architecture style, on the basis of SaaS model, design and implement a general prepaid card settlement platform based on rule engine. The platform is divided into two modules: prepaid card settlement and management, the structural design of the settlement module adopts the mode of pipeline filter, through the design of different filters to gradually deal with the transaction data file to get the final settlement data, management module using J2EE system, manage data related to prepaid cards. The main work of this paper is as follows:Design a new architecture of general prepaid card settlement platform.According to the SaaS model, design a data flow driven prepaid card settlement platform as a prepaid card settlement services on the SaaS platform, the issuing company can hire settlement service platform, the platform can be used by different issuers, this is to achieve universal.Design and implement a data flow driven prepaid card settlement module based on pipeline filtering mode. A data cleaning filter is designed in the module, the message middleware is used as the control flow to ensure the real time of the data, the data cleaning filter ensures that the data of the incoming clearing rule engine filter is correct and real-time.Design and implementation of a document processing module. It is not only used as the file processing filter in the settlement module, but also as the connector of the settlement module and the management module of different software systems.Design and implementation of prepaid card settlement module based on rule engine.
