Testing and control system of regulating temperature is a key technological segment to insure high reliability of operating state in electropult system of a certain type of missile. The functions of testing system can not only monitor the hardware fault of regulating temperature system, but do a perfect evaluation and further modification for the running performance of its software. Thus, design and development of proposed testing system is the critical technology for improvement of general performance of launcher.VI (Virtual Instrument), an important technology in the domain of CAT, is the combination of modern computer technology with instrument technology. It is the effective integration of computer hardware resources, instruments and hardware resources of measurement and control system, VI software resources etc.. Combined research of temperature-regulating control with testing system, this paper do research of testing system of regulating temperature of launcher based on VI technology. Both methods of exchanging data between equipments and industry computer via VXI bus technology in LabWindows/CVI programming, and realization of detecting operating state of regulating temperature control system are studied. Detailed research is done as follows:Firstly, with the help of VI technology, system configuration of hardware, realization of software design and parameters selection are put forward respectively. Secondly, system configuration of IEEE 1394-VXI is adopted and way of hardware integration is proposed in hardware research of testing system. Meanwhile the operating of testing system is achieved.Moreover, combined LabWindows/CVI with C language, software design of testing system is developed to automatically test and control the operating state of regulating temperature system, simulate function of display control computer and save test data.Furthermore, aimed at problem emerged in running of testing system, in order that system stability and reliability is improved, some steps are token and analyzed in the view of hardware and software. |
