The Study Of The Newspapering Enterprises Product Excerpting Co-competition Management System

In recent years, the net media grows up rapidly and becomes the Fourth Media. Because the business netstation do not have independent journalistic interview right, it gets the content by free excerpting newspapering product in a long time. Free excerpting was not prevented but getting worse despite related law and rule, this leads to the newspapering enterprises interest loss. Although societal circumstance and other factors exist ,but nwqapapering product excerpting management system absence is the major cause. The aim of this study is find a way to decrease the excerpting interest conflict and the make the newspapering enterpsies collaborate but not compete with business netstation, and we construct the newspapering product excerpting co-competition management system.Depended on economics and management science, this article defined the newspapering product excerpting and analyzed the excerpting behavior in newspapering enterprises view. On the basis of Co-Competition and Game Theory, this study constructed the theoretic analyzing frame as the theoretic foundation of the newspapering product excerpting co-competition. This article revealed the major reason of excerpting interests conflict was the absence of excerpting management, and surveyed the target enterprises, then summarized the detailed absence of newspapering product excerpting management system: the management consciousness absence, the configuration irrationality and the management flow defect. We construct the newspapering product excerpting co-competition management system : drawing up of strategic management, configuration optimizing, the rebuild of management flow; the foundation of newspapering product excerpting management mechanism, design the core of the system— co-competition mechanisam : supervision mechanism,execute mechanism and right protection mechanism.By the foundation of the newspapering product excerpting co-competition management system, the relationship of newspapering enterprises and business netstation would be transferred from competition to collaboration, the two side will get alone with each other smoothly, then realize the double win.
