With the arrival of new economical time, human resources become the key point on the competition among enterprises which are the strategic resources relating to the survival and development of an enterprise. Key-Performance-Assessment is fundamental to the human resources management and is important content on human resource management. It is very important for enterprises to establish a set of complete staffs key-performance-assessment system.At present, although many enterprises have established a quite complete key-performance-assessment system, all the work on assessment, such as data computation and statistics, are used in the man-power and paper way, which is not convenient on the data inquiry and statistics. So, it is very critical to construct a set of IT system to make the key performance assessment work automatically.The project mentioned in this article is a part of ERP System for some large-scale hardware factory in Jiujiang City A solution is given in this paper, which illuminates how to design and implement key-performance-assessment system, which is based on B/S architecture and is developed by MVC model and Struts on J2EE platform. The system is a multi-layer architecture: layer of web adopts Struts 1.1 as the design frame, the layer of transaction is organized by components of Controller, EventHandler, DAO, and the layer of data adopts Oracle8i. The system is developed with the tools of Jbuilder 200₅ and deployed on the platform of Weblogic 8.1.Firstly, the thesis discusses the models of web applied architecture compares and analyses the popular technology of .NET and J2EE, and make sure J2EE as the system design architecture. Then, it advances the entire design goal by making analysis of business material management demand. After going into deep analysis of the demand the article puts forward the modular function division of the system, and designs the system in depth in the light of the principle of MVC development framework. Next, the article elaborates on major technical means used in the key module of the system. Finally, the article makes a summary of some imperfect parts existing in the system, and presents the writer's own idea on the improvement of the system.The software provides enterprise with a set of scientific, effective solution on the key-performance-assessment management, which makes it easier and simpler for enterprises to manage the assessment process, greatly Enhance enterprise's working efficiency and management level.
