Research Of Embedded Video Monitor System Based On WLAN

According to the situation and trend of safe industry, adopting embedded idea and new network communication technology, realizing the digitization of the network video monitor system has been becoming the main trend of monitor development.This paper puts forward a new resolution of network video monitor system. At the same time, this resolution is combined with the new project of Changzhou Minking Electronic Co., Ltd. The resolution disperses the function of network video server by embedding web server in high-speed dome camera, and composes an embedded network video monitor system, which accesses Internet by WLAN interface. People can carry on the video monitoring easily with browser.The paper elaborates the construction of embedded network video monitor system. It takes high-speed dome camera as the research object and applies ARM processor to high-speed dome. Designing the realization of central management and network interface module, composing WLAN module with PRJSM-2 chipset; introducing the software design of high-speed dome, transplanting uClinux operating system to ARM processor, constructing embedded web server based on TCP/IP protocol, and through WLAN, the paper realizes the wireless transmission of video. Finally, the paper discusses the problems encountered in the process of system debugging, and proposes the plan of further development.
