Study Of Embedded Network Video Monitor System Based On Web Technology

With the rapid development of economy and technology, people have more and more high requirement of public security. Traditional simulated video monitor system can't meet the need of society development. Adopting embedded idea and new communication technology, realize the digitization of the network video monitor system becomes the main trend of monitor development. At present, people apply embedded web technology to the front apparatus of monitoring system domestic and internationally.In this paper, we put forward a new resolution of network video monitor according to the situation and trend of safe industry. At the same time, this resolution is combined with the new project of Changzhou Minking Electronic Co., Ltd, which is a professional manufacturer of CCTV products. We disperse the function of network video server by embedding web server in high-speed dome camera, and compose an embedded network video monitor system, which accesses Internet by Ethernet interface. People can use browser to carry on the video monitoring easily.First we elaborate the construction of embedded network video monitor system, which involving multimedia, network transmittion and the embedded technology. Then, we take high-speed dome camera as the research object and apply ARM processor to high-speed dome. Elaborating emphatically the realization of central management and network interface module, transplantting uClinux operating system to ARM processor, constructing embedded web server based on TCP/IP protocol, we realize the long-distance transmission of video. Finally, we discuss the issues encountered in the process of system debugging, and propose plan of further development. At present, this system has already worked successfully in the Ethernet, which has high practical value.
