As an attempt to analyze TV market of China in terms of competition and industrialization, this thesis introduces a new field of vision.The competition in TV market has become intensively and obviously since more and more province-supported TV channels are transmitted by satellites.The competition in TV market has got through phases including self-producing, TV series, channel and collectivization, as well as industrialization, which account for the trend of the process of competition in TV market from partly to whole, from low-level to higher level.The trend of the process of competition in TV market is just a tendency, but at the same time, which is irreversible. However, the factual form of this competition is various, and the sequence of the things happened in face do not always consists with the trend of competition.The idea of media's public sector identity and enterprise's administration has already been shared for a long time, nevertheless the reality are far behind the ideality. TV market is still in pre-industrialization. Therefore, we will only focus on conception analysis, leaving practice for Industry to carry out distinctively according to their own enthusiasm, activity and creativity, in view of the lag of industrialization and the diversity of the fact.
