With the increasing richness and diversification of new communication technologies and media,the trend of integration among media forms is increasingly obvious under the promotion and support of the national "three networks integration" policy.With the continuous development and innovation of media and communication technology,as well as the continuous introduction and guidance of "three networks integration" and other policies,the boundaries between the independent development of various media in the traditional media environment continue to weaken and blur,and the trend of mutual integration between different media has become an important development trend.In particular,the traditional media represented by paper media,radio and television,under the continuous promotion of information technology,gradually increase the "digital" process of teaching resources,which is the inevitable trend of the reform and innovation of teaching mode at this stage.Based on this,through the combination of live TV signals of radio and television network companies and local school video teaching resources,using campus broadband network for video distribution,and relying on network technology,software engineering and database technology,breaking the limitations between TCP /IP and DVB protocol,combining with unicast,broadcast and multicast communication mode,connecting mobile operators and radio and television stations Network communication is a new platform formed by connecting the school's original media system with the streaming media server software operation system based on the campus network and with teaching and entertainment as the main body.Screen communication system makes full use of the unique advantages of the current broadcast and television content quality,and combines the advantages of the rest of the mobile Internet,uses DVB protocol and TCP / IP protocol,integrates broadcast,unicast,multicast technology into it,and gives full play to the more mature broadcast and television platform and mobile operator transmission network.Campus users can not only get better video resource services by using screen communication system,but also can use the perfect program encryption function and user management function,and carry out targeted function development according to the teaching needs.In this study,the screen to screen all media platform,from the front-end to the terminal design,combines the live TV signal of the radio and television network company with the video teaching resources of the local school.The terminal presents the current mainstream mobile intelligent terminal and PC terminal as the main;the transmission content is the high-quality live program copyright of the radio and television network company and the unique video teaching resources of the local school,which is very good Local content management has been achieved;local drainage has been achieved on the total broadband downstream export,which greatly reduces the pressure on the total broadband downstream export,thus saving the total export bandwidth cost.Through the construction of the all media platform of Pingpingtong,we can realize the seamless connection with the existing teaching equipment and resources of the school,form a strong support for the recording and broadcasting system,editing system,content resources,etc.,and form a powerful integration of teaching resources.At the same time,the writing of this paper also provides some reference for the innovation of teaching and learning mode in the future.
