| By using the advanced information technology, the agriculture knowledge management system (AKMS) originating from the agriculture expert system has developed to be an useful tool for improving knowledge agriculture economy, which integrated the information inquiring system and related the agriculture expert system. After that AKMS can be adopted in agriculture production and bring intellectual investment to replace resources and substance called double investment. This thesis discusses how to make use of the original agriculture expert system to exploit the new agriculture knowledge system (AKS) based on the theory of knowledge engineering (knowledge science). Taking the original wheat expert system of Tianjin as a sample, the writer makes system function to be consummated and empoldered, builds a suit of new knowledge management system to adapt the wheat production and management of Tianjin, in order to increase the ability of planting development by dint of computer information technology.At the beginning of the research, the writer referred international and national material to acquaint himself with the related theory of knowledge engineering and the basis, framework and factual application of the original wheat expert system. All kinds of material relating to this study was settled, checked and recorded to make theoretically preparation for the study, for the purpose of using reliable scientific theory in the study.Then, through the extension of agriculture technology by Tianjin agricultural technology promotion station, the writer collected and accumulated data and results which are needed in the study. Furthermore, the practicability, reliability, delicacy and the ability of self-improvement has been approved by analysis of the research findings from the extension. At the same time, the writer adopts programming language for object, designs the man-machine alternation interface simply and expediently, writes to transfer manifold function module program, makes use of the information inquiring system reliability and designs templet.
