Information technology develops very fast though it has been applied in agriculture field recently. And the exploitation and application of agriculture expert systems becomes more and more important. In this paper it simply introduces the development situation, exploitation mode of platform and the main function of system running platform, and describes the basic principles and the relationship of intelligence and knowledge database, especially the basic configure of deductive database. Deductive database consists of external database that stores the facts and internal database that stores the rules and the deductive configure, it doesn't work without each other. Deduction is a process that is based on a special principle, automatically choosing the proper rules from the facts database to deduce the target result.
