For the project-driven enterprise, which management style is project management business. The enterprise provide products or service to the customer via delivery the finished project, and the project choice can fully reflect the market stratagem of the enterprise. From tracking the perform situation of the all running project, we can hold the whole status of the business operation in the enterprise. So the concept of the EPM(Enterprise Project Management) become the mainstream direction and management technology of the development and management for this kind of company. But to confirm the successfully implementation of EPM, the first step is to choice the convenient and practicable software for EPM and successfully implement it based on the actual business requirement of the enterprise. The Microsoft Project Server 2003 is the symbolic product of EPM and it has been applied in many big company in the local and oversea. This study focus on the implementation process and technique of Project Server 2003 in the enterprise. It shows the whole implementing process of the Microsoft Project Server 2003.The study include the system analysis, system setup, the function/report development, test process and the data migration. The emphasis is the function/report development, because this part is the remarkable process, it obvious shows the integration process of the standard software and the special business requirement in the enterprise.
