CRM inceases the enterprise's clients keeping ability and perceiving ability in order to achieve the purpose of maximize cilents'avail by recombination the process of operations with modem communication technology.The demand of marketing policy's individuation is more and more outstanding for the market's more subdivision.so the demand of cilents'infromation'integrality and expansibility is more and more high.it's especially outstanding in telecom industry.clients'information need to record not only clients's basic attributes but also clients'society attributes and evaluation attributes. Otherwise,the diversification of the methods to pay the charge demand diversification of clients'account information .The data model which records clients attributes with some characteres of a data table(method of database row-table) cann't reach the demand.It only can be achieved by changing the structure of the dadabase table and increasing table characteres when clients attributes need to be extended and it will make the maintain work of the developeres hard and procedures abnormal.Otherwise,a client record will be very long if writing dataes with table characteres ,because CRM in telecom industry needs clients informations so many. A mistake of a attribute can make a whole cilent data cann't be inserted in database normally sometimes.The paper makes a data model which fits telecom industry based analysing the characteristic of cilents in telecom industry.The paper analyses and resolves questions steply from conception model,logic model,physics model to achieving database and proves the models in aspects of usability and expansibility by making antetype systems.The results of proving show that:(1)The characteristic of clients can be extended optionally and the structure of talbles will be simple when recording the value of clients characteristic with data line-table, namely every characteristic corresponds to a client record .(2)It will make comparison tranlation convenient and incease search speed when recording the corresponding relationship of characteristic and characteristic's style with data row-table ,and the corresponding relationship of characteristic's style and characteristic's tyle illumination.(3)It will cause search command multilayer nesting for recording the characteristic of clients with line-table when getting client informations figures with combinatorial search,too many nestings...
