People enjoy the benefits brought by the communication industry, and makes life becomes simple and convenient, because these effects, it has been getting used to the convenience brought by a variety of communication industry, so people are increasingly dependent on communication industry.With the reform and development of China’s socialist market economic prosperity and the operators, telecom companies have gradually in the market. Want to let oneself of telecommunications companies in the market, we need to prevent the loss of customers work value. For telecommunications companies, particularly in the market economy environment, the enterprise profit and the loss of customers has a direct relationship. And, we can how much loss from a customer’s point of view, see the enterprise development tendency and the potential size. So, must guard against the enterprise customer churn. In the present computer technology so developed time needed to achieve enterprise informatization. Only will prevent the combination of computer technology and the loss of customers, develop an intelligent, efficient, is a new way of telecom enterprises. This paper main work and achievements include:1、Analyze the current status of telecommunication enterprise customer churn, and through the analysis of the current situation of customer churn and study the current telecom enterprise system, the importance of customer churn.2、The paper introduces the data mining process, the technology and algorithm, and also on the customer churn system development using J2 EE platform and SQL Server technology related theory made a detailed introduction.3、Based on data mining of telecom customer churn value system requirements analysis, from the system function and the feasibility of the system module division, is divided into customer understand module, model management module, early warning in the planning and evaluation module, system management module.4、Building environment, system development to customer churn system design and implementation, mainly including architecture module, function module and database set up several aspects, such as, shows the user interface.5、Mainly from the aspects of system function testing system, insufficient analysis, in view of the various modules, the system through the test and can be put into use.
