The Design And Development Of Medium-sized Corporation Of Yudian Spring's PDM System

The Product Data Management is on the basis of the software technology, and its core is the production. It is the technology which can implement integrate management of data, process and resources of the productions. PDM is defined as the system that faces the enterprises, takes the management of the productions, and takes the data, process, resources as three elements of the management information. Two masterstrokes which PDM use to manage information are static production structure and dynamic flow of the production design. All of the information organization and the resources management surround production design is the feature of PDM which differentiates PDM from the other information management systems such as MIS, MRP, and PM.This paper focuses to mid- and small-scale enterprises, tries to develop a PDM system suits mid- and small-scale enterprises.It was first analyzed the domestic and foreign research tendency of PDM solutions, proposed PDM solution for mid- and small-scale enterprises in this thesis, then, given the system detailed design and the multi-dimensional database design based on the PDM basic theory foundation, finally introduced the system function. Focused on the actual application topic in the data analysis system, the main research work this article completed are as follows:1) It took the research of the PDM system structure for mid- and small-scale enterprises;2) It proposed the solution of parallel design process and modeling on the basis of PDM integrated frame;3) It proposed the solutions of the problems, such as production data expression, integrated management of correlative attributes and edition management.4) It is given the system detailed design and the introduction of the system functionThis thesis focuses on the solution of the development structure model for mid- and small-scale enterprises PDM.
