| The traditional metering operation system has many shortcomings such as the measurement not to be precise,wasting time for man to read the meters,the tedious statistics and so on.Along with the development of network technology,network already exists in everywhere,and people's life style also changes along with it.In view of the shortcoming and insufficiency of the traditional metering management system,the web-based prepayment metering operation system arises under this circumstances.It develops gradually along with the network technology and database technology.The prepayment metering operation system is designed for the capital of Ghana.At present,some meters of Ghana are prepayed and the others are postpayed. This actual circumstances brings much inconvenience to power consumption management.So the Ghana government puts forward the requirement of carrying the prepayment metering operation system based on B/S model in the whole capital into execution.This paper discusses the shortcoming of the traditional metering operation system. On analysis of the actual requirement of the system,the function architecture and requirement analysis is determined.Based on the ASP.NET and database technology,the author analyzes the whole architecture based on NGOSS and detailed requirment,then discusses the method of realizing of the system,which is a three-layer structured.Finally, the author develops a practical prepayment metering operation system as to meet the expected requirements,such as the management of task assignment,the management of warehouse.And it realizes open account,open card,sale power,meter reading,report and statistics,etc.The author makes a brief introduction to a web-based prepayment metering operation system.Of course the discussion about this kind of system is rough and we hope it is helpful for related people.Finally,the characteristics and shortcomings of the system are summarized.Future research and application perspective are also given. |
