Abstract/Summary:
After the research, study and analyse that focus on SRM system over a year , I have empoldered a remote controll system based on SRM with my colleague together.SRM which means switched reluctance motor is applied widely. SRM provide a high reliability and security for users. Here we will discuss a typical application in oil field. The remote controll system is mainly consist of ARM controller, GPRS module, PC client,CAN bus,and SRM. The system will be controlled by Internet ways. We will observe the data in PC client. The aim is to observe operation of SRM so as to obtain electric current parameter, temperature parameter,rotate speed parameter,and will alarm instantly after failure occured. We could also change the operation status in PC client such as rotate speed, positive and negative rotation, startup and stop of SRM.There are two development phases in my 1 year research. From SMS controlled system to GPRS controlled system, I have completed the empoldered task after trying a mass of practice and reviewing a mount of related items. GPRS is a superior choose compared with SMS. GPRS provided with many strongpoints such as always on the line, high reliability and security,lower cost,wide range and so on.So it's a best choose.The system will be used not only on ilo field but also on other fields where will be fit for remote observation and control system. But there are also some unperfect points in my system,eg:the unfluent software in PC client. I will modify these points later.
