It is a important measure of government's environment protection to release the daily city atmosphere quality report to the society by the news media, to tell the citizen the atmosphere quality situation, to raise the diaphaneity level of environment protection, to buildup the civil consciousness of environment protection, to enhance the city repute. Along with advances day by day to the environment quality and the environmental protection request, the ambient air quality automatic monitor which monitors the inorganic pollutants in the air, already could not completely satisfy the reques of the environmental protection. Organic pollutant type multitudinous, the difficulty that carries on the environmental monitoring is so big. Our country environmental protection bureau promulgates "Air And Waste gas Monitor Analysis method", has established many organic pollutant monitor analysis methods. But these organic pollutant monitor analyses mostly are the manual sampling or the laboratory analysis method, cannot continuously and automatically carry on the environmental monitoring, also are unable comprehensive in the integrity reflection of the organic pollutant condition and the space and time change in ambient air.Therefore, the research that develops one kind in view of the air in the organic pollutant, mainly aims at the benzene, the toluene and so on , carries on the automatic monitor continuously the automatic monitor system is extremely essential.Based on the project of the automatic monitor for Benzene and it's Analogies in Atmosphere which is developed by the corporation of the automation college of the Nanjing University of Industry ,the Nanjing Analytical Instrument Company, the article Introduces domestic advanced enrichment-desorption technology, has a systemic discuss of the hardware and software .The article has five chapters. The third chapter and the fourth are the emphases. The first chapter briefly introduces the source of the item and the background material, the enrichment-desorption technology in the chromatogram, the systemic theory,design and structure, and the task performed by the author.
