Calorimeter test equipment in our product development is slower than the calorimeter.Scientific equipment and automation domestic Calorimeter test and verification methods haveto be improved mainly in the following aspects. Firstly, the high test cost. Secondly, a lowdegree of automation. Existing test devices generally supporting six and a half digital meter,two second standard platinum resistancs and two second standard thermostats as a standard. Itis easy to operate the standard platinum resistance thermometer, but the standard platinumresistance thermometer itself is expensive. The platinum wire of standard platinum resistancethermometer is suspended in a quartz tube, due to the complex environment of theexperimental site difficult to guarantee its long-term stability. And it is easy to be damaged.Usually after being damaged it is beyond being repaired, so the test cost is relatively high.During Calorimeter test, you need to test the temperature difference between the threetemperature points. Two thermostats must experience heating and cooling procedures repeatlyin order to meet the needs. The manually operating waste a lot of time. These factors directlyaffect the calorimeter test compatibility and test efficiency, making the test worklabor-intensive, low working efficiency and can not complete the batch verification tasks.In this study, we use high-precision thermometer which has just been developedsuccessfully. It uses four-wire current source driver circuit platinum resistance temperaturesensor, dual channel measurement channels. resistor A road or path B value, thecorresponding temperature and the temperature difference can be measured separately bysingle-chip control. Online nonlinear platinum resistance correction can be obtained by the24-bit high-resolution a/D converter for data acquisition and embedded InternationalTemperature Scale ITS-90formulas. Using two precision thermometer to supporting platinumresistance thermometer. Accounding to the standard platinum resistance packaging technology,precision platinum resistance thermometer, with insulation and heat resistance, arerelatively superior ceramic materials for lead platinum resistance sensor to insulate ceramicsoutside encapsulated with a stainless steel jacket, which can enhance the strength of industrial platinum resistance thermometer and not be damaged. The using of ITS-90temperature scale indexing standard platinum resistance method ensures the accuracy to meetthe heat meter temperature sensor pair used in test. This device is also equipped with threethermostats. Speed motor drive sprocket, sliders and other mechanical gear screw arecontrolled by PLC. Achieving switching between different temperature fields in the case ofthe standar and sensor are not migrated. Thus the temperature difference and temperaturevalues can be got quickly.By using the practical application of the flow chamber, and working on the impact of theuncertainty various factors of the results of analysis and processing, the result shows that theaccuracy of the equipment system is superior to traditional instruments, greatly improving theefficiency of the work and meeting the requirements of the calorimeter test.
