Along with the technical development of electronics, the automobile electronic control has already changed from the purely consuming less fuel to the intelligent control direction, the target of automobile electronic control has changed to improve the fuel economy, to enhance the power, and the comfort is put forward.This text is to take the gearbox unit as an example, building the local area network of the automobile according to the CANBUS and the SAEJ1939 protocol, carrying out the information share of the vehicle, the whole car's synthetic control. Because ordaining the node address in the SAEJ1939 protocol, it is one high level protocol of CANBUS that have the integrity as well as the opening character. Thus the automobile network that we build not only can improve the anti-interference ability and the performance of the system, but also is advantageous to the cooperation of different persons to develop the different Electronic Control Units at the same time, shortening the develop period.The microprocessor we used in the Automobile Electronics Control Unit is the AT89S8252 that manufactured by Atmel Semiconductor Corporation. It is compatible with the industry-standard 80C51 instruction set and pinout. The 8K Bytes on-chip downloadable Flash ROMs allows the program memory to be reprogrammed In-System through an SPI serial interface or by a conventional nonvolatile memory programmer. It can fully static operate at 24 MHz. The choice of the outer circle chips differences for: Analog signals input by the TLC1543; digital signals input by the PCF8574; digital control signals output by the Motorola's automobile appropriation chip MC33291; the MAX232 is the UART interface and the CAT1161 is used as watchdog and EEPROM; the controller of Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol adopts the Philips'SJA1000; The TJA1040 is the interface between the CAN protocol controller and the physical bus.We have adopted the Fuzzy Control Technique in this system. The gearbox system is a time variable unlinear system. The Fuzzy Control Technique has the good control result to such object, particularly to the control of choose shift and change shift. We adopt off-line compute to raise the Real-time Capability of the system enormously.
