In recent years, with the development of computer hardware, software, network , database and TCP/IP. online monitoring system is coming to practice step by step, which can establish a real-time system with open field data collection, configuration and analysis to promote the implement of power equipment predictive diagnostic maintenance. By the analysis and process of running data, early fault symptom and performance defective status can be recognized. On the other hand, major reason of over-temperature accidents can be found out, which provide decision support for safely and economically circulate of power system..The main problem of this project is to establish a set of system, which can real-time monitor and analyse boiler tubes'temperature for Shanghai BaoGang Power Plant's one 350MW generating sets.The project has two part:C/S ,B/S .The B/S part use Browser to exhibit the super-temperature information ,tubes life,which makes by C/S.The user can use Brower conveniently query the information of tubes .It also uses Ikey to login in the system to advance the safety.The C/S is constituted of two part :server programme and client programme.The :server programme uses tubes's measure temperature to calculate compution temperature ,then uses compution temperature to calculate then reduction of the tubes's life,the Statistic the super- temperature condition once hour .The client programme adds personnel management model and tubes's parameter management model .beyond B/S part.
