An Information Management System For Physics Laboratory Data Based On IEEE 1451.1

Physics laboratory data information management system (PLDIMS) is a system involving computer software and hardware which roundly manages the university physics experiment associated with network technology.At present,due to a lack of the unified,interconnected standard in physics laboratory system in universities,people could not mutual utilize and browse the experimental data. Different physical sensors could not be used immediately and hinders further development of the system. In view of these factors,this article designs a model of the PLDIMS on the base of IEEE 1451.1 standard. It indicates that the experiment has achieved an ideal result.Chapter 1 introduces the combination and practice of the PLDIMS.Charpter 2 discusses the relationship among IEEE 1451.Xs.Charpter 3 is the information model of IEEE 1451.1 and its storage, coding, decoding, and the regulation to be modified.Chapter 4 deals with the system design based on the IEEE 1451.1 standard information model and the design of front end in the system.Chapter 5 gives the application and the experiment of IEEE 1451 system.Lastly, the article points out the deficiency in the system and the further orientation.
