The air conditioning takes people to the comfortable working and living conditions. But, along with the air-conditioning system largely been used, its energy consumption question day by day is also prominent. Therefore, it is vital significance to selects the effective air conditioning method for the intelligent construction energy management control. At present, in the domestic and foreign energy conservation and comfortably becomes the main topic in the air-conditioning system research area. The air-conditioning system characteristic is the multivariable, the close coupling, the non-linearity, the parameter along with the time variation, The difficulty of design, the movement and the management are big. The traditional PID control difficulty obtains the satisfying control effect. It has the vital significance that positively studies the new control method and the control strategy, carries on the on-line control to air-conditioning system that it's energy consumption is the biggest of Intelligent construction, enables it in the movement to achieve the control quality best.This article in view of the weakness of traditional PID controller's parameter cannot on-line adjustment. Analysed intelligent control plan that based on the PID controller's parameter self- adjustment. This article first briefly introduces the intelligent construction and it's the air-conditioning system; Next introduced separately intelligent controllers that based on single-neuron and based on fuzzy control, Proposed arithmetic of advanced version of single-neuron PID intelligence controller, and use fuzzy immunity PID controller in air-conditioning controlled system. Through the simulation result showed these intelligent controllers surpass the traditional PID controller, through simulation experiment carried on the performance comparison between these kinds of intelligent controller. After the analysis and the comparison, the intelligent controller which this article designed may avoid excessive greatly and undulates greatly of temperature which controls, the transient process time was shorter than the traditional PID controller, the system has the strong stability and the high robustness, the simulation result has also proven this point.
