DC motor is the main driving parts of electric cars and it main control menthod is PID.With the rapid development of modern electric cars in our country,its degree of automation to improve in control system is more and more highly.PID controller for its simple structure,good stability,simple operation,easy to implement is widely applied in automation.But due to the traditional PID control integral saturated,overshoot and high frequency interference which would lead to instability of the system.Fuzzy control is one of intelligent control that is experts and staff long-term working experience summary.Adjust the error and error change rate of the system to control the output of the controller,eliminates the dependence on the controlled object accurate mathematical model,it can be used in the nonlinear,big inertia and time-varying control system.But it is a kind of nonlinear control cann't eliminate the static error.In the process of control also can appear "control dead zone" can't use Fuzzy Controller to control the separate system.So experts and scholars began to explore combining Fuzzy control and PID control to be a new method.In order to improve the DC motor control precision and stability the main content of the paper is to combine Fuzzy control and PID control to adjust the three parameters of PID control.On the base of the Fuzzy PID control and the theory of Variable domain interpolation principle has carried on the Variable Fuzzy PID control strategy research.based on PID control and Fuzzy control,In the theory of Fuzzy PID control and variable domain of the interpolation function design a kind of variable Fuzzy PID control method.Through the comparison of the simulation experiments verify the pros and cons of several control methods,the results show that the Variable Fuzzy PID control and PID control,Fuzzy control and Fuzzy PID control with fast response speed,overshoot volume decreases,and have good stability and robustness.The design of the application in DC motor control system as DC motor control for the object.Under the condition of different load to the DC motor speed control,the variable Fuzzy PID control and other several control algorithm are used SCL programming language.The test curve analysis of experimental results show that the Variable Fuzzy PID control has better robustness,superiority and can effectively reduce the overshoot of system,verify the Variable Fuzzy PID control of DC motor can be feasibility and effectiveness in PLC control system,it also has very high value of engineering application.
