With the elevation of industry automatization level and the extensive application of computers in the industry, to the industry automatization people demand more and more exigent. It is well known that, any practical system is inevitable to take place vibration phenomenon. The vibration takes place noises, and reduce the accuracy and reliability of equipments, it requires us research more intelligent methods to minish the vibration phenomenon. In the traditional PID control fields, the PID controller is extensively adopted, and its characteristics are simple configuration and strong adaptability. But simple PID control often fails to achive a satisfactory level, particularly for major lag, slow time-varying, and the complex nonlinear systems. And in the many industry process control systems, controlled objects usually have the characteristics of uncertainty of configurations and parameters, pure lag or non-linear coupling etc. Thus, people begin to discuss how to use more intelligent control methods to improve the traditional control. These recent years, non-linear fractional-Order disturbance observer technology and the technology combining traditional control and intelligent control have become hot research. This paper mainly put forward two control methods:1) One kind of control method which is a combination of traditional control and intelligent control: control mode of single neuron PI embedded fuzzy quering table, which is a combination of traditional control and fuzzy, neural control, it compensates deficiencies of the various control methods and improves performance of the controller.2) Non-linear fractional-Order disturbance observer control method: It offers one kind of effective method to deal with unkown disturbance and uncertainty of nonlinear system, the advantage is that external disturbance ,nonlinear system's inner uncertainty and modeling error are uniform looked as disturbance, then apply in fractional-Order disturbance observer to estimate.This paper introduced application of vibration suppression methods in a two-inertia rotating system, and completed PID, Single Neuron-based PI Fuzzy Controller, Single Neuron-based PI Fuzzy Controller with digital filter and fractional-Order disturbance observer systems modeling, simulation and the comparison of vibration suppression effect. The simulation results show that compareing to the traditional PID controller, the two above control methods have greatly improved rapid and stability characteristics and the vibration suppression effect of the second control method is the best.
