Researches On Centrex Service Application Of Office Exchange

PBX is a common Telephone Exchange system that is widely adopted by the group customers, for example, enterprise, schools and hotels etc. But it has some obvious weakness too. Firstly it needs the telephone operators, maintenance engineers and stable power equipment. Also PBX is not easy to update and has an aging problem. It mainly includes Automatically Call Forwarding for enterprises and the F-ATT for hotel purpose requirement which is much more complicated.Automatically Call Forwarding is another terminal system, it adopts voice card's technology and can provide such features as below: automatically call forward, Voice Mail and simple control of service. It can meet the requirement of Enterprise basically.Basis on F-150's Centrex feature and current new technologies, F-ATT (Fetex-Attendant) system is achieved in PC side. It can provide such features as below: call processing, service control, hotbilling and voicemail etc. It can meet the requirement of many kinds of Hotels.Finishing above two terminal system, it let the F-150 Centrex feature satisfy the different requirement of group customers. And it has already brought both large of economic benefit and social benefit.
