As the communication industry continues to evolve, the next generation network technology has attracted much attention from the major telecom operators, and has become the main development direction of the current telecommunication network. Currently, the research about NGN in China or abroad has crossed the scope of NGN concept, the NGN framework,and permeate into the business and the applications field. Among all of the variety applications provided by NGN, IP Centrex is more concerned by domestic telecom business providers. Compared to other group communication technologies(such as PBX and IP PBX), IP Centrex has many advantages,such asthe variety of businesses,free-maintenance, convenience,easy for expand new features and so on. So it is quite suite for all kinds of group users to apply for it, and have the potential to bring in huge revenue source for telecom operators.Hotel is an example of the introducing IP Centrex into corporation. With the growing demand of hotel’s telecommunication service quality, the ability to provide differentiated and personalized information solutions has become the key for the hotel to improve competitiveness and attract more customers.In the course of hotel information technology industry’s development, the hotel management system has played a great role, and became a essential system software in hotel’s management work. In order to introduce IP Centrex into the hotel industry successfully, and make it turn into the core business of the hotel industry’s communication system, it is necessary to better meet user characteristics, to meet customer needs and to support the management of IP Centrex business functions with the hotel management system.Described in this thesis is IP-Centrex based hotel communication interface sub-system, which is a solution proposed out based on the above cointext. In the solution,we add a system interface between the hotel management system and the IP Centrex service platform, communicate with the hotel management system according to the SpringX protocol made by China Telecom, accept the change queries or request queries from the hotel, and then interact with IP Centrex platform devices to complete the processing of the request through a certain protocol, achieving the hotel’s communications business management needs.At the same time, the interface sub-system also provide the real-time telecom bills’ providing aility for hotel management system, which can help the hotel calculate the cost of users’telecommunication costs in time.This paper elaborates on the the CIN-IP Centrex service platforms and CIN-SCF business development platform,and makes a detailed analysis of the design and implementation of the solutions——IP Centrex based hotel communication interface subsystem.The main contents includes:the thesis’s relevant background knowledge; the analysis of the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the hotel communication interface subsystem.In the core part of the thesis, it describes the overall design of the sub-system and focus on the detailed design and implementations’s analysis of the system’s core functional module.At last it introduced the test works about thehotel communication interface subsystem. At the last of the article, the author concluded the practical work and projects during the Master period, and also describe the prospects and development of the IP Centrex based hotel communications interface subsystem.
