The Research And Realize Of Real-time Phone Charging Based On The Technology Of CENTREX

The extended concept of telecom charging is the full process from user using the operation of telecom to the paying it can be divided two phase, the first phase is collecting the charging parameter for the switching exchange, from user begin to call to the end of this talk, the switching exchange finished parameter collection in the way of the duplex metering, the second phase is the full progress of charging and bill disposal on the background, the parameter collection is pretreated, filtrated , charging, sumed and then form customer bill and then charge then write-off. The system of the background charging bill disposal is telecom-charging system in general.The system of real time phone charging based on CENTREX technology is background charging bill disposal system designed for management model and characters of national star hotels. It adapts to hotels, enterprises , institutions , colleges. It realises the telephone fee transmission to telephone net management center in each department and room real time, reliably and conveniently. Meanwhile it provides powerful monitor and statistic functions for managers.Charging system has two basic parts, data collecting system and management system. The function of the first part is to collect line-charging parameter for the charging of management system. The task of the second part is to control and manage the datas collected by the first part.This essay aims at practical application, it discusses the following in detail: CENTREX technology , real-time data collecting based on PMS protocal, data base technology , real time data management system, data safety of charging system and etc related to the system. Moreover it deeply analyses the main points and key technology during the design. And then put forward general design plan of real time telephone charging system based on CENTREX technology and programme to realize PMS protocal interface driver and telephone charging management system. Finally, it discusses the data safety and secrcey problems of the system and put forward construction improving advice.
