The oxygen saturation and pulse reflect important information of human, which have osculated relation with cardio-pulmonary, respiratory and circulatory system; also it is one kind of basic monitor parameter in monitor device.At present there are two measurements in oxygen saturation: Non-invasive measurement and vulnerary measurement. By vulnerary measurement, we should draw blood first, and then we make electrochemical analysis by blood gas analysis instrument to get partial pressure, after that we can get oxygen saturation. Non-invasive measurement use optical spectroscopy method. The measured place will exposure from light source, according to the received light intensity alteration, we can deduce oxygen saturation the measured place always choose finger or earlobe. From the vulnerary measurement; we can get the accurate result, but the. operation is very trouble, and we could not measure it continuous, sometimes it will make patient discomfort and infected. Also the blood gas analysis instrument is very big and the price is high, so the attempts to Non-invasive measurement are doing all the time. Based on analyzing measuring principle of oxygen saturation and the investigation to the product all over the world, we designed and completed the whole measurement system.This paper totally includes seven chapters. The contents of the paper are as follows:The first chapter present the conception of oxygen saturation first, and then analysis the research sense of measuring, method and current research state, also the chapter analysis the predominance and shortcomings of current production, at last the chapter present the major research content of the subject.The second chapter determined the general planning of the measurement system of oxygen saturation. At first, we introduced the theoretical basis of measuring oxygen saturation. After that we introduced the method of measuring oxygen saturation in this paper-dual wavelength measurement: according to the difference of oxidized hemoglobin and reduced hemoglobin in absorbing different wave length, we selected two light sources whose wavelengths are 650nm and 980nm, after the light penetrated the finger, we use the optoelectronic diode to receive single, then we can detected the single.
