Hospital Information System And The Development Of The Application System Based On The Web

Hospital information system( Hospital Information System, HIS ) has swept the most of information in medical treatment, nursing, finance, medicine, materials and the daily campaigns such as research and teaching.In this research subject, we establish server mainly using Oracle. And we have developed the charge subsystem of outpatient service using Powerbuilder as front development tool. It is on the foundation of existing HIS system,Using ASP tool, I have developed the application program on web: Register on net and appointment subsystem on web.HIS systematic database is to found on oracle database, so a good database design is a efficient systematic place that must have. Since oracle database has better data safe management function, the designer first establishes different user, the table of needing system the user who not divides difference together according to the function and the business that takes off , The designer gives the user of the difference according to the different partition of function the table needed by the system and the difference of the work the users do. According to the different table operating user,the user's role gives the front users who grants difference , so, guarantee that entire system has reasonable data classfication to defend and manage freely.This system is that 20 users possess different data sheet respectively partition: Comm( public dictionary management) , outpadm( outpatient management) , inpadm( inpatient management) , outpbill( the charge of outpatient service) etc.. This system covers 12 subsystems and 42 subsystems, the daily data that produces is remited at the right moment in database server. The obiling system developed by this paper merely this a little subsystem of the management subsystem of outpatient service in HIS system just. The obiling system is a important composition part of the HIS.
