| Along with the IT and Internet technique of quick develop, mankind society has been into information ages gradually. The multimedia communication with audio and video start appearing, which have seeped through the daily life and every realm of the industry. Through the video conference system, people in everywhere can participate in the discussion for the same subject. They can not only hear the speaker but also can see the image and background of the speaker, at the same time can discuss the data, writing and chart information. It can make people communicate more effectively.Through the academic research and engineering practice, this thesis proceeds the thorough research on the whole structure and pivotal technical of the video conference system based on H323 protocol. It constructs the video conference system based on H.323 protocol. In the aspect of theory, first study the H.320 protocol and H.323 protocol, and both are proceed contrast analyze, than research the structure of TCP/ IP, finally describe many video and audio coding standard. In the aspect of practicing, construct the the video conference system of JiangSu flood control composed with 1 main assembly hall and 23 small assembly halls. And put forward the integrated design of the video conference system based on H323. This thesis put forward the step of performance tuning, through the academic analyzing of the influence factor in the video conference, combining the engineering practice of the video conference system of JiangSu flood control. |
