In the tide of economic globalization, the enterprise of our country is faced with more and more stern challenge. Quick propagation and the unprecedented expansion of digital information have caused market competition unprecedented incandesce. Enterprise decision-making layer, whether have sharp insight, whether can grasp fleeting opportunity quickly in the market of fast changes, decide the life of enterprise development greatly. And interactive video conference system can offer innovation service in real time, efficiently for enterprise, it has economized the huge cost of business trip of enterprise, has saved valuable time, has raised the speed of management decision of enterprise. Therefore, enterprise will produce better socioeconomic benefit.In this paper, we will systematic introduction SIP(Session Initiation Protocol), at the same time, compare with H.323 Protocol, analyses its advantage. And introduce related media transmission protocol RTP(Realtime Transport Protocol) , RTCP(Realtime Transport Control Protocol) and MGCP(Media Gateway Control Protocol), as well as MIXER and FOCUS which composition conference, event notification server and policy server etc. For multi-media conference, IETF always highlies praise the decentralized meeting control structure that has no central node , so makes terminal complex, and is hard to form greater meeting system, which has directly influenced SIP application in communication system. Therefore, in this paper, we will compare various multi-media conference organization way in detail , and determined concentrative type of meeting structure, then puts forward a kind of concentrative type multi-media meeting architecture. On this foundation we will melt conference control process, the control process of initiation and joining, depict detailed meeting model. In our program, we also considers how to conversation automatic and accept muti-side talk. Finally, we choose the development environmental that accords with this program, devise program structure detailed, design programming modular and realize this program.
