| As China is witnessing an ever deepening reform of national economy system, science and technology system and the marketization of industrial projects, people have a preference for a feasibility study at the early period of an investment, so as to ensure a scientific and reasonable decision, guarantee an optimized plan, and certify a sequential order. Meanwhile, this study method is developed and refined by market needs and the demands of national long-term economic plan, regional and industrial development plan.Based on a theoretical summery of feasibility study, this thesis demonstrates the feasibility of the project by the method. Constrate'the ADTB-T system and the DVB-T system, it reveals the advanced-ness, openness and manipulability of the provided technological scheme by comparative analyzing, and makes a comprehensive assessment through economic returns and social profit analysis: This project effectively solves the former Analog MMDS system's remaining problems with a technology that meets the national standard and features independent innovation.
