Real-time Defects Inspection Of A Flat Surface

In the producting of steel strap, fabric, paper, film, glass and plastic film, inspecting the flat surface is very important to keep the surface quality. There is no influence of using an un-touched method in measurements. This makes it possible to perform static ,or dynamic measurements independently and objectively. Optical measure is a typical un-touch method. And, one of the main surface measure method is to use a CCD.When using a CCD to perform the measure, the data processing speed is often limited by the software.Traditional ways to solve the problem depend on digital method. In this article, the author produced another way, the analog method.Analog mathod is fast, and when it works with original digital method, a double-chanel data processing system is founded.In this article, the author described the principle of analog data processing, and also the choice and development of the system, including the hardware and the software.The hardware equipments are :CCD&lens, data acquiring card, DAC card, analog data processing card and the lamp-house.The author also examined the system, and the system is proved to be effective.
