Research And Development On Information System Of Vehicle's Annual Fee Management

With the fast development of highway, the transportation problem has been a serious obstacle in the urban development. And the intelligent traffic system (ITS) emerges as the times require. Information system of vehicle's annual fee management, an important part of ITS, could improve the efficiency and quality of the highway charge system, and provide many kinds of information for decision. Therefore, it has great economic and social meanings in the traffic construction.This paper, taking the research program---"Information system of vehicle's annual fee management in Baoji" as the basis, makes the design and research on Information system of vehicle's annual fee management.The paper is presented according to the order of software development. It has discussed system analysis, system design (including design of system function, selection of research platform, design of system net and structure as well as design of data base) and system realization.The focus of the paper is the research technology of system, including Mifare contactless IC card, data synchronic transmission and wireless data transmission. On the basis of the lucubration, the way of transmission by data log is suggested, which can realize the technology of data synchronic copy. This is the author's innovation. Taking GSM wireless channel as the transmission technology of mobile check data is also the author's original idea.The program---"Information system of vehicle's annual fee management in Baoji" has been put into operation. The technologic indexes can satisfy the design's goal and the operation's situation is all right.The research and application of information system of vehicle's annual fee management could shorten the return period highway construction's development. It ensures the interest of investors and has great economic benefit. From the prospective of social benefit, the system which applies modern scientific and technologic management decreases the cost and reduces the environment pollution. The system also embodies the humanism management, enhance the investor's enthusiasm and plays a positive role in fasten urban construction.
