Based on the design of the transfusion process exist one way or another medical problems currently, we design a set of intelligent infusion monitoring system. Through the control chip, sensor, means of communication and motor application of comparison and analysis, choose the various parts of the optimal scheme. The system includes the design of lower computer and PC software design of two parts, the lower machine design includes sending board design and the receiving plate design, its main function is to transmit transfusion patient information to the nurses' station, can carry on the good communication. Hardware transmitting circuit board is used at the patient end,it is based on STC12C5A16S2 control chip design as the core, supplemented by necessary peripheral circuits, to achieve a drop detection, alarm, digital display and other functions, through the nRF2401 wireless transmission module for transmitting the data out. The receiving board and PC connection is used on the Nurse workstation, a receiving board receives the data through the USB2.0 interface data is directly transmitted to the PC. PC virtual instrument software builds visualization interface and the control program, make the transfusion patient information may stick out a mile. Medical personnel can be readily observed in each patient's transfusion, once the dropping speed too fast or too slow in abnormal conditions, nurses can deal in time. If the liquid ends, it will alarm, nurse needle or decanting, to avoid the blood return. The system has full-featured, good performance, low price, its application, will greatly improve the hospital care and management of the level of automation, in the medical field has a very broad application outlook.
