The Administration System Based On Large Database Of Tap Water, Electricity, Gas In Cities

The administration system is a new technology which includes computer technology, controllability technology, network technology, communication technology, database technology. It has many characteristics such as stronger controllability, easier operation, higher stability. With these points, it can be used in industry controllability, environment controllability, security management and other fields. In 1990s, the administration system only means the controllability system based on bus technology. With the development of computer technology, network technology and automatization technology, monitoring technology is becoming popular. And soon the foundation of the administration system based on large data-base is made by the development of the information technology and the embedded technology.This paper is to analyse and discuss the distributed administration system base on large database and construct a cheaper project. Based on the project, design and implement an administrator system based on large database of tap water, electricity, gas in cities. The system has been used and gets good effect. The administration is to avoid the waste of the resource and average the resource to make different users get enough. The government can use the data recorded in the system as a reference to make policy and development.The construction of the server:Obtain the data from the client; use SQL Server 2000 as the database; use VC++ as the develop tools; provide the data to the authoritative user. The transfers between server and client: Use TCP/IP protocol; use internet and GPRS to transfer; use XML to be the format of the data transfer; during the transfer, according to the environment variable, use IPsec to protect the security of the data.Use long-distance update to update the embedded client; use replacing the file to update the client.In some extreme environment, add redundancy equipment to enhance the security and stability.The structure of the distributed administration system:The whole server includes program-server, database-server and the transfers between them.The program-server connects to the client by internet. The program-server receives the data, formats it and saves it to the database-server. During the saving, the program-server analyses the data and then sends the result to the client. The client sends a command back; the program-server transfers the command to the server. The server disposes different commands, sends the result to the program-server, and receives the feedback from the program-server. The data gathering includes image gathering, voice gathering and other simulation signal gathering. If one client equipment can't satisfy the request, the cooperation with more client equipments will be called. The processor of the client is ARM9, the price of which is cheaper but better; the operation system of the client is linux2.4, which is steadier. The processor and the operation system play the role of controlling the data transfer between the client equipment and the program-server. The communications between client equipment and the program-server are implemented by the internet. The wireless network based on GPRS is also used. In the condition of difficult transfer, the RS-485, CAN are also available. If GPRS is used, the client must be increased a wireless communication module in order to connect to the network and then transmit the data to the program-server. The construction and administration of the database:SQL2000 is the main database of the administration system, because it has many advantages such as good stabilization, convenient operation and larger content.In the administration of the database, the system establishs different categories of users, which have different levels of the operation.The users can add, modify, delete and output the data through the system interface which has been connected to the database.To sum up, the administration system based on large database is becoming more synthetic, the function and the implement are also increasing. This article is based on one of its applications. The future of the administration system will be better.
