Along with computer integration management system CIMS becomes one of the important items of the nation 863 plan and Total Quality Management as advanced management method popularizes and spreads, Quality Information Management System(QIMS) is in the local research also more and more extensive thoroughly. QIMS includes the academics scope involving of management science and engineering, the technique economy, mechanical engineering, computer science and technology and automate engineering etc.Although in recent years our country obtained many achievements in the QIMS, from application result and universality scope to see, there are still a lot of gaps between advanced countries in the world.Not only QIMS surely exists insufficiencies in the theories and practical application,but also exist parts of business enterprises of our country lack of cognition to the quality information and taking little account of relative factors.Therefore, on the one hand the push to QIMS of application and development at our country wants to study the method and model of quality information suiting us to advance industrial state-owners to manage enterprises, on the other hand wants to raise the consciousness of quality for the business enterprise, let them know the function and the contribution of the Quality Information Management System to the business enterprise.The background of this paper is the Guangxi industrial machine manufactory according to personnel administration pattern before, examine mission is heavy and the efficiency is low; the ability delivered, shared, feedbacked of the quality information in the inner parts or between with other departments is really not good, and comprehensive utilization of quality information is low, the dynamic quality state of product can't be controlled timely.As above to pass the international certification of product quality, beating into an international market, is doubtless extremely disadvantageous, so to build up QIMS is imperative under the situation.QIMS is the dynamic monitoring, measurement, record, analysis, forecast, early warning, control, management and decision making to the quality process capability. With above measures, the target is to build up the quality process capability measure system, responsibility cost discretion of quality loss and calculation model system, the abnormal diagnostic criteria and model system, the tracing back post responsibility of quality process loss and discriminant model system, the quality abnormal process forecasting, early-warning system, basing on input efficiency principle of quality technique guarantee resources of quality process ability management intelligent decision making supporting model system, and the single factor with multifactor in process on-line combination controlling strategy system.This paper carries on introduction to statistical process control method SPC and reliability model to the quality, which applied to establishment of QIMS.The system established the reliability model of first final assembly factory and secondary components branch factory.Chapter 1 totally generalized the contents of the paper research, the research meaning of topic and domestic and international development condition. Chapter 2 introduces the concept of quality, the four development stages of quality( first testing stage, statistical quality control stage, Total Quality Management stage, standardized quality management stage). Quality information's four kinds of techniques, described the QIMS's present situation, from the integration, the intelligentization, parallel engineering discussed the QIMS's development foregrounds.Chapter 3 introduced the technique SPC, checking against the traditional quality control method carried on an test to the final product, screened out the unqualified product, but this strategy is after the event examination when an unqualified product has already been produced. In order not to be wasted, the prevention strategy of not producing useless product is effective, so we can use SPC to control quality to attain the purpose.Pareto diagram is used to look for the main quality problemjthe cause and effect diagram looks for main reason of resulting in the key problem; scatter diagram is used to analyze whether two variables exist a relationship; histogram can reflect total distribution;But these tools can only reflect static state, for the sake of effective quality control on the spot, the realization regards prevention as principle, we need to understand the past, analyze present condition and predict future quality condition.This needs a kind of dynamic approach that can study the quality data directly to change regulation at any time on the scene, this is control chart.Control chart is the important tool which makes use of Probability theory and Logistic Statistical theory to change after the event examination to prevention before the event;at last process capability index and performance index is the main tool to distinguish process steady state.Chapter 4 extends to the reliability control of the loader product.According to the NetworkStream Layout technique, takes loader assembly process as core, by the connection and assemblage of process, hackle the quality process of product, makes use of anti-solve material flow analyzing control method from final assembly factory thoroughly analyzing the production line of each branch factory, based on NetworkStream Layout build up one class model and second class model thus.The reliability model consummated the measurement,record,process, analysis and improvement control of the quality process survey; make clear about the quality defect cost survey and the recording essential factor; part manufacture system's reliable defect is defined, establishing the product manufacture process reliable guarantee and the reliability control procedure and the reliability growth pattern; it stipulated the production preparation process measures the analysis essential factor and the analysis program; taking with the release procedure to the process performance test resources carried on the system the stipulation; also established the quality process ability management information system which the quality control system movement validity appraisal and the entire process quality information dynamic, the intellectualized analysis demand is suitable.QIMS intellectualized research to enhance the system serviceability, compatible as well as the handling ability is the key question, in following research process, also will continue to consummate and improve.Chapter 5 is the design and realization of the system , including the result of SPC and reliability model analyzing on quality data. In the final chapter of this paper summarizes the textual research result and then introduces the work in the future simply.
