IC Card Meter For Distant Prepayment

The technology about the IC card is a recently rising technology, it based on the computer and communication.This paper is the application and research for the logic cryptographlc IC card in the meter based on the foundation in technique of IC card. At first ,the current achievements in the field are summarized. This paper analyzes the existing abuse of the electro dynamic meter's charge nowadays, introduces the related knowledge ,deceloping state and application about IC card technology ,and elaborates the security problem about the transmission with IC card.This paper takes the prepaid electrodynamic meter as an example to the card of IC in the application thorough study .The controlling system of the prepaid electrodynamic meter with IC card combines hardware and software knowledge and accomplishes consumption of the electrodynamic meter terminal with IC card through assembly language programming. This system's main content involves the base knowledge of the IC card, the hardware chooses to use with design, system of the hardware primarily to analyze with the function ;The main procedure ,the IC card break- sub- procedure ,the customer card sub- procedure, the pulse break- sub-procedure and the display-sub- procedure design .and data security. The system in consumption and stability is optinal effect through selection hardware .The card's security with data is enhanced through programming in reason.The IC cipher code security and data check are discussed in the thesis.
