| Along with the IC card technology and the development of domestic related industries to increase the awareness of service, with users in residents’ daily life related measurement instrument, using IC card technology has been rapid promotion and application. At present in the meter, water meter, gas meter and heating thermal table are already using the IC card charging.The purpose of this research is to use Microchip company PIC16F73chip and the Beijing Watch Company production of CPU card and ESAM embedded security module design of prepaid gas meter smart control system.The main content of this paper includes the following aspects:Firstly, by consulting a large number of reference literature, analysis of the IC card and IC card intelligent prepaid gas meter development present situation, and the prospect of IC card and IC card prepayment gas meter development trend.Secondly, introduction of the IC card classification, comparison and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of several IC card; and then on the CPU card hardware structure and operating system on COS is described, a detailed analysis of the CPU card file management system and TimeCOS security system research.Thirdly, based on PIC16F73microprocessor important characteristics, puts forward the design of the control system the overall hardware, and then designed the system hardware circuit.Fourthly, design and implementation of CPU security message transmission, and to secure message transmission involved in the MAC calculation, data encryption and decryption algorithm is described in detail. A prepaid system safety design; development and implementation of the CPU card prepaid gas meter controller used in a variety of functional card file structure and key system.Finaly, the design of the development and implementation of the CPU card prepaid gas meter software system, including the main program, the system terminal services program, CPU card driver program, function card procedures, the valve control procedures. |
