Synchronous Lifting is an important means of the major projects, organic products of domestic and foreign advanced construction techniques and the modern electronics techniques, computer and control technology. The Synchronous Lifting electronic monitoring system based on internet is the key component of construction process. It plays a very important role in construction project. It is the core of the function promotion, security protection, executive control and stable and reliable monitoring parameters.The research project is based on the internet simultaneously jacking electronic monitoring system. The system uses CAN bus to set up the network with the scene monitoring point, and uses PC as a mainframe. Datas are exchanged through the CAN/RS232 protocol converter between the mainframe and the scene monitoring network. System needs a network server for the establishment of the Remote Access Control Home. So this can simultaneously monitor the scene jacking process, and also provide accurate construction site conditions for experts, commander-in-chief and technical team through the interconnection.The synchronous hydraulic jacking system based on internet has three main parts: intelligent electronic surveillance nodes, mainframe and network servers.⑴The Intelligent electronic surveillance nodesReal-time monitoring systems monitor all key indicators, which include pressure, temperature, voltage and current of the hydraulic power system, flattering angle of various lifting equipment and other information of the hydraulic system. In a mutation of an indicator, the system can quickly alert and take measures to prevent accidents. The microcontroller is a control core of the system, which obtains all datas of the indicators of the hydraulic system through the external circuit of the microcontroller. SCM system and the hydraulic system must carry on the necessary electrical isolation to prevent burning SCM system. The system uses the Philips P89C668 microcontroller, which is fast, powerful and suited for industrial data acquisition very well. After gathering each target data of the hydraulic system, the SCM carries on simple processing and the real time displaying, then must send them to the mainframe. Therefore, the software design is also very important. System software includes AD conversion, data handling, CAN bus communication initialization, Switch Acquisition, Pulse acquisition, acquisition LCD and keyboard handling.⑵Design and Implementation of the MainframeIn order to realize the synchronized monitoring, the system needs to provide the safe reliable transmission mechanism to promptly transmit data of each node to the host control unit. The system uses advanced industrial scene CAN communication protocol to accomplish various supporting node connecting .CAN-bus protocol provides bidirectional, long-distance and fast transmission, the bus can hang many pitch points, and it has the mechanism to prevent the conflicting.Through data and information of all monitoring nodes which are submitted to a host control unit, people can observe the entire progress of the project and regulate the working state of all nodes. The host control unit is acted by PC. The host control unit is responsible for aggregation and analysis of field data, and gives the control quantity, which is arrived at the designated location through the scene monitoring network. At the same time mainframe will receive the host remote control commands to control the scene. Therefore software design of the mainframe is particularly important, which mainly consists of three components: serial communication segments, socket communications and data processing parts.The system uses Visual C + + as a development environment. The system uses the MSComm control unit of the Microsoft Visual C + + to compile serial communication programs, uses WinSockets to compile network communication process.The host control unit through CAN/RS232 gateway receives all monitoring data of nodes, then analyses and sends them to all corresponding nodes through the CAN/RS232 gateway.⑶Design and Implementation of the Network ServerThe host control unit connects a PHP Web server and records situations of all nodes. Network server data information to be posted on the Internet for worldwide experts to inspect .Experts can also propose construction advice through the network server.Server hardware configuration: Windows XP operating system, network server for IIS, ACESS2003 database. Server software mainly by the following documents: a landing interface, the authentication process, on-site monitoring interface, remote order procedure, historical data query interface.
