High-speed driving, tire internal pressure and temperature anomalies have serious impact on traffic safety. Real time monitoring of tire pressure and temperature, giving timely warning information, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) emerged. However, in addition to the scientific theory of protection, the problems of its accuracy and reliability must also undergo a rigorous experimental testing.The issue "Research on the Wireless Transmission Performance Test Experimental System based on TPMS" is to establish each kind of experiment related on the TPMS wireless transmission, and solves its problems of real-time, accuracy, reliability, which in reality is more accurate and reliable design.This paper takes TPMS as research object, introduces its development status and trends, and expounds its types and physics; against TPMS wireless transmission performance, this paper completes the design and build of the test experimental systems.The experimental system can simulate the actual working environment of the vehicle, and test the process of TPMS wireless transmission in the simulation environment. Through the test, we can control their communications, the interference situation, the completion of the scheduled function, in order to improve the relevant technologies by TPMS designers according to the test results.The issue research on how to achieve reliable, performance improved wireless transmission testing experimental systems. The following are the main points:(1) Mechanical system designAccording to the system function requirements, here we need a platform forsupporting tires, driving equipment, and other related equipment. It can simulate vehicles running road conditions, and temperature environment. The platform should have simple structure and applied function.(2)Control system designAccording to the control function requirements, we need a set control devices for temperature and speed, a set of temperature, pressure signal detection sensing devices. The chip we adopted must have a high degree of integration, high reliability characteristics; Design anti-jamming circuit and scientific, efficient software system to ensure the controlling process accurate and reliable.(3)Testing method designWhen completing the overall system, it will conduct wireless communication distance test, static transmission test, and dynamic transmission test. So it should have the jamming capability of simulating a variety of frequency electromagnetic, noise signal.And with the preliminary testing experiment, it achieves the desired objective of the design.
