Research And Implementation Of The Statistical Information Management System

Enterprise statistical information is the pillar and cornerstone of enterprise management, it liks a "nervous system" of the enterprise. Enterprise management can not perform well without the guidance of the statistical information, the establishment and strengthening of Enterprise Statistical Information Management System is not only the statistics method changes but also the needs of the modern enterprise management and business statistics reformation.In this paper, it presents the research and implementation of the statistical information management system for Gas Co., which developed based on .NET technology. The system includes five subsystems in terms of statistical bussiness, report production, decision support, information publishment and system maintenance. It will focus on a detailed exposition of statistical bussiness, report production and decision support subsystem design and implementation.First, the statistical bussiness subsystem primarily used for operation process control and data management, it implements the input, summary, display of the source data. According to business needs, this paper proposed the design and implementation of an automatic and sequential summary of the audit, and introduced the basic concepts and implementation detailedly.Second, the report production subsystem provide the services to the statistical business and decision support subsystems, it divided into two modules in terms of the report design module based on ActiveX technology and the data interactive module using XML document for data transmission.Third, decision support subsystem includes statistical analysis, forecasting and early warning and monitoring applications. It takes an in-depth study to the prediction algorithms, principles and their implementation.The system has been deployed and put into use and have achieved good results, greatly improving the efficiency of the office works.
