With the development of network technology, a simple text format can no longer meet the requirements of network applications. The application of multimedia technology into network development direction. Streaming transmission, as have most economic means of transmission, people have gradually been favored. The Internet is changing the way ofpeople, tele-education, tele-medicine and other real-time multimedia applications increasing People enjoy multimedia applications, the transmission of real-time multimedia applications require a higher quality. Network bandwidth bottleneck continuously be broken and some of the high bandwidth requirements of video transmission be possible. In order to accelerate the development of real-time multimedia applications. IETF A/V Working Group in 1996 enacted the Real-time Transport Protocol (Real Trans port Protocol, RTP), and RFC1889 document in the form of a concrete standards, thus proposed based on RTP. RTP using transmission control protocol (Real-time Transport Control Pro tocol, RTCP) transmission quality feedback, and real-time transmission of multimedia solutions.Video bandwidth requirements of large-volume data transmission, video transmission, there are many problems. Network Load Balancing, the intervals Video quality will seriously affect the entire transmission system and network security applications. Therefore, real-time transmission streaming media commonly used as a transmission protocol for UDP. This to a certain extent, to meet the real-time delay-sensitive multimedia applications. But UDP fails to provide congestion control. Most of the application and network congestion control mechanism with the TCP protocol used, lots of RTP /UDP transmission will have the traditional TCP bandwidth competition. UDP is not a lack of time to reduce congestion control the amount of data sent and narrow bandwidth requirements, TCP will be a serious invasion of bandwidth, network congestion will lead to a serious collapse. UDP will lead to the best serious transmission congestion occurs when a large number of data packets to be discarded This will seriously affect the quality of service for real-time applications, but also can maximize the quality of video intervals. Therefore the volume of data required for high bandwidth real-time streaming media applications must be integrated with corresponding characteristics of the transmission media congestion control mechanismTCP provides congestion control mechanisms to achieve network load balancing. It proposed a friendly TCP (TCP-Friendly congestion control mechanism and the application of real-time streaming media applications. The present study shows that the TCP CongestionControl unable to meet the demand for real-time streaming media applications. Based on the TCP's congestion control mechanisms, TCP-friendly congestion control mechanism, RTP-depth analysis of the agreement, combined with high bandwidth requirements of video format features through Kalman Filter to forecast the packet loss rate for analysis of network load conditions. Smoothing the size of the buffer zone set up to receiver light transmission rate. RTCP feedback on the proposed a TCP-friendly congestion control mechanism and congestion control mechanism through simulation tests on the TCP-friendly and the quality of the test video streaming intervals.
