The real-time streaming transport which is different from the traditional single data transport has the characters of delay sensitive, huge amount of data, the QoS requirements and so on. So, we usually use UDP/IP for transport in the practical application. But UDP/IP can't implementation the congestion control in dada transport. It is inevitable that the transport will occupy more bandwidth in Internet so that the other data flows are"hungry". Therefore, it will cause congestion, collapse and the real-time streaming transport can't be successful. At last it goes against.So, it is necessary to introduce the congestion control mechanism for real-time streaming transport. Recently, exporter had put forward many congestion control arithmetic. It was proved by practice that the best congestion control arithmetic should stress on the friendship with TCP data flow at the same time that make sure QoS of streaming.This thesis presented an algorithm for congestion control of real-time streaming based on RTCP——RCC(RTCP-based Congestion Control).
